All Physiotherapists at KidsPhysio are Chartered Physiotherapists and registered with the Health Professions Council. This is a requirement for claiming fees from all major health insurance companies.   

Before commencing treatment, we recommend that you contact your insurance company to clarify:

• Whether a medical referral is required.
• If there is an excess on your policy, and if so how much.
• If there are any restrictions on the amount that can be claimed per session.
• If there are any restrictions to the number of treatments available.
• Whether there is a set time period in which your treatment must be taken.
• Whether a claim form is to be issued, and if so who needs to complete the medical section. (Physiotherapist, GP, Consultant)

BUPA no longer reimburse domiciliary (home visit) physiotherapy appointments. Please arrange an appointment at Ampthill and Flitwick Physiotherapy Clinic if you wish to claim back treatment costs from BUPA.
